      With the development of internal mixer, more materials are mixed in each car, and the rotating speed is faster. In addition, with the increasing development of the company, many materials are needed, which require manual handling, weighing and feeding. The workers withstand high labor intensities, and the processes cause serious pollution to people and the environment. People and transport vehicles contacting with materials will spread pollution wherever they go. In order to give full play to the efficiency of the internal mixer and reduce the labor intensity of workers and the pollution to the environment,  our company designed and developed the ground-type mixer upstream equipment and kneader upstream equipment to automatically dose and convey the materials for rubber refinement in the mixer, thus solving dust pollution in workshop and reducing labor cost With modular structure, the system is convenient to install, accurate to weigh and easy to operate.

    Features
