The turntable small material batching weighing system is a system specially designed by our company for the strict control of small material and auxiliary materials (processing aids) used in rubber products, plastics, pharmaceuticals, powder metallurgy and other industries. The system adopts PLC. With intelligent frequency conversion speed control, it realizes the integration of management and control of the weighing process to ensure the stability and efficiency of the system.

　　The system mainly includes a stainless steel silo area, a stainless steel material barrel measuring finished product area, a measurement scanning system, a control cabinet and an upper industrial computer.

　　The stainless steel silo area can be designed with more than 10 different stations according to the quantity of the customer's materials, for storing different raw materials. There are 10 stations in the finished product area. The size of each material barrel is also designed according to the amount of raw materials and formula.

　　It is suitable for automatic weighing of powder, granule and flake raw materials. Its main features: high weighing accuracy, compact structure, reliable performance, simple operation, reduced labor intensity, and greatly increased production efficiency.

1. Raw material first in first out control.

　　Using a bar code system for inventory management of raw materials can greatly improve work efficiency and reduce errors. The principle of first-in-first-out shall be followed when the raw materials are out of the warehouse. After the ingredients are weighed successfully, the system will automatically register the raw materials out of the warehouse.

　　The allowable error range can be individually set in the formula according to the actual situation of each material;. During the weighing process, the next raw material can be weighed only within the tolerance range.

　　 12. The traceability of ingredient records.

　　 After the ingredients of each formula are successful, the system saves detailed ingredients records, including: batch number, actual weighing value, tolerance, ingredient time, etc. of each ingredient.

　　 13. EXCEL printing function

　　 This system supports the EXCEL printing function of historical records downloading, which is convenient for report management.

　　14. Power-off memory function.

　　 If there is a power outage or emergency stop phenomenon occurs during the automatic process of the equipment system, the equipment stops operating, when the power is restored, the equipment will automatically return to the state before the power failure and continue to run.
